We black people are very innovative and should pursue developing our own systems and ways to teach and do business with each other in a profitable, but fundamentally fair way. I am not against making money, but I'm sick and tired of seeing black people follow the play book of white colonial capitalists to make money by taking advantage of naive and financially struggling black & brown people looking for rewarding opportunities. One of the my biggest gripes is .... the s called gurus never tell or elaborate on them the high failure rate of what they offer...they downplay and hide it in the small print or disclaimer required by law. I analyzed the issue many years ago and came up with a solution or way to profitably pay it forward that's a win-win. By default this idea will also get us back to building trust, integrity and love for one another. If you want to monetize the transfer of specific knowledge that could help someone else create or build wealth, (1) require interested people to submit a refundable deposit (restrictions apply) (2) have them sign a contract which provides you with a % or flat fee upon success. This structure will increases the number of prospects and ensure you will actively help the client become a success. We need to think and do outside the box by focusing on the bigger picture of Nation Building!
