“Scandal” creator Shonda Rhimes is facing a lawsuit after a neighbor reportedly fell in front of her LA property. According to TMZ, World renowned physician Dr. Kaou Chaou claimed he was jogging in front of Rhimes LA mansion when he tripped over an unlevelled crack in the sidewalk. His doctor reported that the fall caused a broken wrist and damaged cartilage. Apparently, the damage in his wrist resulted in a loss of range of movement in his wrist, arm, strength and stamina. Chaou added that the fall also affected his, “fine motor skills” and prevented him from working for a while.
