A young woman who was arrested towards the beginning of this year began trending on Twitter after her glitzy mugshot was shared. Marshala Perkins was placed in handcuffs on February 6 after officers found two grams of marijuana in her vehicle. However, the troubling incident turned positive after social media got a hold of the 19-year-old’s mug shot.
