Jeffrey Whitman apologized for calling Charles Lovett a “nigger” multiples times after accusing the victim of cutting him off on the road. The business owner told ABC 6/FOX 28 on Tuesday during a phone interview that he regretted his racist words and said, “I lost my head.”
