Ronnie DeVoe and wife Shamari DeVoe are on top of the world after celebrating their twin boys’ first birthday over the weekend. The New Edition member and former Blaque singer sported all white and crowns during the party in honor of Ronnie III and Roman, who each wore crowns to match their musical parents.
