Jamie Foxx is in the clear from criminal and civil charges for allegedly striking a woman in the face with his penis. Last month, a women accused Foxx of sexual assault back in 2002. She claimed the comedian tried to coerce oral sex from her at his home in Las Vegas, but she refused. Instead, he allegedly slapped her in the face with genitals then kicked her out.
