The disgraced former Cleveland police officer who took Tamir Rice’s life in 2014 has a new job. Timothy Loehmann has been hired by a police department in Bellaire, a small town in Ohio. According to Ohio’s The Times Leader, Bellaire’s police chief Richard Flanagan confirmed hiring Loehmann as a part-time officer because he “deserves a second chance.”
