BOSTON (AP) — In a political stunner, incumbent Democratic U.S. Rep. Michael Capuano conceded defeat in Tuesday’s primary to Ayanna Pressley, a Boston city councilor who is virtually assured of becoming the first black woman to serve Massachusetts in Congress.
